To initiate a return request, you should call Saatva at 877-672-2882 within 180 days of delivery. Saatva will schedule a time to pick up your mattress, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the mattress has been picked up.

Similar to its exchange policy, Saatva will charge you a $99 fee to cover the cost of labor and transportation. The company will, however, refund the rest of the amount you paid for the mattress, including taxes.
