Lululemon allows their customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. You have to satisfy a few conditions to qualify for a return:
- Products are unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- You have proof of purchase
You can return Lululemon sports gear at a store or initiate a return online and send the parcel by mail.
Almost all products from Lululemon can be returned, with a few exceptions:

Purchases bought on one of North American Lululemon sites can be returned to any North American Lululemon store. The company doesn’t accept Like New returns in store at this time. Factory outlet stores can’t process returns.
In an effort to stop the spread of the virus, Lululemon have temporarily closed several of their stores. If your local store is closed, you can make returns or exchanges up to 30 days after it reopens. The customer service department is available Monday–Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday–Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.
Whether you bought activewear online or in a store, you can start the return process online and choose whether you’d like a Return to Original Method of Payment or Fast Track Return.
You can return products either as a guest or a member. Fast Track Return is available only for members that are returning three or fewer items.
To initiate return as a guest, you need to:
- Head to the Returns page
- Enter the Order ID and Billing Email Address
- Select the items you wish to return and click Submit
- Print the shipping label
Soon after, you will receive a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Make sure to save it as you’ll need the number to track your return.
If you have an account, you have to:
- Log in to your account to navigate to your order history
- Pick one of the two returning options
- Check the box next to the items you wish to return and click Submit
- Print the shipping label and save the RMA number
Whether you’re returning as a guest or a member, make sure to place the item(s) in the reusable shipping box or bag and tape the shipping label on the outside of the parcel so that the barcode is clearly visible.
U.S. customers have to drop off their packages at a FedEx Ground location or a USPS store.
Once the package has arrived at Lululemon’s warehouse, you can expect your return to be processed in the next three to five business days. Due to the pandemic, there’s a limited number of people working at the company, which is why you might experience delays.
