Keep in mind that the Lineal Adjustable Base does not come with a trial period and cannot be returned. You also cannot return an item if you have damaged or stained it due to improper use.
Does Saatva Allow Exchanges?
Yes, Saatva does allow exchanges. If you want to exchange an item that is the wrong size or height, you can do so within your 180-day free trial period—but you will have to pay a $99 labor and transportation fee. - Upholstery fabric is not covered by the warranty, so you cannot request to have it repaired or replaced for free
How To Return a Mattress to Saatva and Request a Refund
To initiate a return request, you should call Saatva at 877-672-2882 within 180 days of delivery. Saatva will schedule a time to pick up your mattress, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the mattress has been picked up.
Similar to its exchange policy, Saatva will charge you a $99 fee to cover the cost of labor and transportation. The company will, however, refund the rest of the amount you paid for the mattress, including taxes.
