Coach provides a full refund for any items returned within 30 days of purchase. In case you purchased an item during a sale, clearance, or any other promotional period, you’ll have to return it within 14 days of the date of receipt.
The company will only accept items that are in new or unused condition and haven’t been altered in any way. Note that you have to provide the original receipt to return the item.
In case you’ve lost your original online order invoice or receipt, you can still return the item. The downside is that the company will only issue a refund for a Coach Merchandise card. The card will be loaded with an amount that’s equal to the lowest selling price of your item within the past 30 days.
If you paid for your item using PayPal or Klarna, you can return it to Coach within 30 days of purchase. The company doesn’t offer refunds when you pay via these services, but you can get merchandise credit to use on a future purchase.
