The card will be loaded with an amount that’s equal to the lowest selling price of your item within the past 30 days.

What if I Paid for My Item Using PayPal or Klarna?

If you paid for your item using PayPal or Klarna, you can return it to Coach within 30 days of purchase. The company doesn’t offer refunds when you pay via these services, but you can get merchandise credit to use on a future purchase.

How To Return an Item to Coach

Whether you bought your item online or at a Coach store, the company offers two ways of returning an item:

  2. Via mail

Returning an Item to a Coach Store

If you want to return your item to a Coach store, you will have to follow these steps:

  1. Find the nearest Coach store using the company’s Store Locator tool
  2. Visit the store
  3. Give your item to a Coach store employee at the cash register
  4. Provide them with the original online order invoice or store-bought receipt

Once your Coach item is accepted, you’ll receive a refund and return confirmation email.

Mailing an Item Back to Coach

Returning your item to Coach via mail will require you to:

  1. Fill out the return form you received with your order
  2. Include the filled out form with your package
  3. Ship your item to CSI Returns, One Coach Way, Jacksonville, FL 32218

It’s recommended to use insured courier companies such as FedEx, USPS, or UPS as the package needs to be traceable. Keep in mind that you will have to pay for the shipping charges.
