Lorna Jane offers an exchange, gift card, or refund on certain items within 21 days from the delivery or purchase date. For your return to be accepted, it has to be:
- In original condition
- With tags attached
Prior to the return, you have to present your proof of purchase.

In case you decide to return the purchased item to a retail store, you should do it within 21 days from the delivery date. Lorna Jane offers an exchange or gift card on all purchased products that arrive in their original condition and with tags still attached. The employee or store manager handling your return will ask you to provide your proof of purchase, so make sure you have it handy.
If you wish to return a Lorna Jane product to the online store, you can choose between an exchange, gift card, or refund (for full-price styles). It is important that you return the unwanted product within 21 days from the delivery date in the original condition and with tags attached. Prior to the return, do the following:
- Provide the proof of purchase
- Fill out and include the Return & Exchange form inside the package
When filling out the form, you can choose from the following reasons for your return:
- The item looks different than its image on the site
- You ordered more than one size
- The item arrived late
- You are not satisfied with the quality, or the item is faulty
- The item doesn’t fit
- You received the wrong item
- The parcel arrived damaged
- You changed your mind about the purchase

The company offers an exchange or gift card on all items you return to one of Lorna Jane’s stores within 21 days of purchase. Just like with the returns of online orders, you need to provide your proof of purchase, and the items need to be unworn and unaltered with all tags attached.
You will not get a refund if you change your mind about your purchase, i.e., if it isn’t faulty in any way.

Use a trackable postage method because Lorna Jane will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and allow 14 days for your parcel to arrive back at the retailer’s location. Once Lorna Jane receives it, it can take up to 14 days to process your return.
Note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Not all the products you purchase from Lorna Jane can be returned to the company. This option is unavailable if your item is:
- Not in original condition
- Missing tags
- Bought on final sale
- A personal care product
- Swimwear without a hygiene seal
Gift With Purchase and promotional items can’t be exchanged or redeemed for cash. In case you want to return them, you must send them back with the original purchase and on the same terms.
