Lucky Brand Return Policy Sorted Out

The Lucky Brand return policy has countless terms and conditions you need to go through to figure out how to get a refund or an exchange. The process is time-consuming, so if you don't have the time or patience to deal with lengthy return policies, ! We have reduced the company’s return policy to essentials so that you are well aware of your rights in case you received an unsatisfactory product.

All About the Lucky Brand Return Policy

Customers that are not satisfied with their Lucky Brand purchase or gift can either return or exchange it, but the policy terms are somewhat different depending on whether the purchase was made online or in store. The general rule that applies for all returns is that merchandise should be unworn, unused, and undamaged to qualify. All returns have to include valid purchase proof.

The return window was originally 30 days from the purchase date but has been temporarily extended to 60 days in case of store closures due to COVID-19 restrictions. The company refunds your purchase via the original payment method. In case you receive the wrong or damaged item, you need to go to the nearest Lucky Brand store or contact the customer care team.

The refund will cover the cost of the item and sales tax (return shipping costs subtracted where applicable). Shipping and handling expenses, gift box costs, or home products being returned to the online warehouse are not refundable.

Swimwear, foundation garments, and final sale items are not eligible for a refund or an exchange unless intact (unworn, with all tags and hygiene strips).

How To Return Lucky Brand Products

Based on the Lucky Brand return policy, there are two ways to return a faulty product:

  1. By mail
  2. In store

Mail Returns

Within the U.S. territory, you can return an item via mail to:

LuckyBrand.com

Attn: Returns Processing

40 Logistics Boulevard

Walton, KY 41094

Alternatively, in case a prepaid return label is provided, here is what you should do (unless you are returning home products, which do not qualify for returns with a prepaid label):

  1. Attach it to the packaging
  2. Write down the tracking number
  3. Describe the return reason on the packing slip
  4. Put the packing slip inside the package
  5. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location

When returning a product using a prepaid return label, you need to wait for at least two weeks for processing (you will receive a notification via email once processed).

All Lucky Brand stores accept returns of products bought online. All items received by mail within the 31–60 day window or items purchased with the company’s gift card or merchandise credit qualify for a full refund. You will get your refund in the form of an e-gift card, which may be redeemable at one of the stores or the website.

In-Store Returns

The company allows cash refunds up to $200. Refunds over $200 are handled as mail checks that take a significant amount of time to process (up to six weeks).

The company will also refuse in-store returns after more than 60 days. Lucky Brand accepts in-store returns with a valid receipt, as long as they’re within 60 days of the date of purchase. In this case, your item is eligible for a refund or an exchange in the form of a merchandise credit that equals the original purchase price. Without receipt, your merchandise credit will reflect the current selling price, which might be lower.

Returns of products purchased online, in outlet stores, or retail locations within the U.S. territory are accepted to any store. You cannot return items you buy at Lucky Brand stores to online sales warehouses.

You should return home products and furniture to the same store you purchased them from.

Special Terms for Watch Returns

Items purchased at Macy’s or another wholesaler store (Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom, Belk, Dillard’s, etc.) have to be returned to the same store.

Watches purchased at E-commerce should also be returned to the E-commerce warehouse. You should use a return label from the package.

If you want to return a watch, you should review your warranty terms to determine if it can be returned/exchanged past the return window determined by the Lucky Brand return policy.
