Garmin Returns to a Store

Miami is the only city where you can find Garmin stores, so you can return most of the merchandise only to one of the two retail locations within 30 days of purchase. Cartography and opened software can’t be returned for a refund, but you can exchange them for the same product.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or a record of the purchase in Garmin’s system. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in their original condition and box, along with the UPC code and all accompanying accessories.
