FIGS accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. The items must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached. If the products you wish to return are not in the same state you received them in or you wore or damaged the merchandise, the company may refuse your return.

FIGS accepts returns only by mail. To complete the return, you should use the system-generated prepaid FedEx return label. Alternatively, you can use the paperless returns option with a QR code.
Follow these steps to complete your return:
- Visit the FIGS Returns and Exchanges page
- Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code
- Select the items you want to send back and provide the required information
- Send the items back to FIGS using the resealable shipping bag and the prepaid label you will receive once you complete the return form
You can find your order number:
- Listed on your order, shipping, and/or delivery confirmation emails from FIGS
- On the packing slip sent with your order
- In your order history once you log in to your FIGS account
- On the reference tab of your tracking number (if you received your package via FedEx)
If you’re using the paperless returns option, have the QR code ready when you arrive at a FedEx store. Once your items have arrived at FIGS’ warehouse, you’ll get an email notification regarding your refund.
FIGS also allows you to send the products back with a carrier of your choice. Ship the parcel to:

It’s always better to use the shipping option that includes tracking so that FIGS may assist you if there’s an issue with your return. Note that the company won’t reimburse shipping fees in case you’re using your preferred carrier. Return shipping is free if you use the prepaid label FIGS provides.
International returns follow the same pattern. All you need to do is:

- Select the products you want to return and add the necessary details

After inspecting the products at the warehouse, FIGS takes seven to ten business days to issue a refund. Orders made with a credit or debit card receive a refund to the original payment method. Keep in mind that some banks might take up to five additional days to transfer the money to your account. If you paid in cash or check, you will receive a cash refund.
