A Quick Guide to the Azazie Return Policy
Did the merchandise you bought at Azazie fall short of your expectations? Don't worry—it doesn't mean you are stuck with unwanted gowns and accessories. The Azazie return policy allows you to send back eligible items that you are unhappy with for a refund.

Azazie accepts returns of eligible dresses and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces must be returned within seven days of delivery. The merchandise should:
- Be unwashed
- Be unworn
- Have the tags attached
If your return is accepted, you will get a refund equal to the purchase price minus the shipping fees. You can keep free items that came with your order, such as a garment bag.
Azazie charges a 10% restocking fee if three or more selected items are returned from the same account. Charges apply if the returns are made within six months—either for the same or separate orders—for the following items:
- Special occasion dresses
- Mother of the bride dresses
- Bridesmaid dresses
- Junior dresses
- Bridal gowns
- Prom dresses
Bear in mind that the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will get a full refund—including the shipping fee.
You cannot get an exchange because most of the company’s products are made-to-order, but you can place a new order after returning the item.
Some items, including those marked as final sale, cannot be returned according to the Azazie return policy. These include:
- Measuring tapes
- Fabric by-the-yard
- Ready to ship dresses
- Face masks
- Outlet dresses
- Jewelry (if not in original packaging)
- Custom size dresses
- Purchased at-home try-on dresses
- Robes & lingerie pieces
Azazie allows returns by mail. If you want to initiate the return by yourself, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Azazie website and sign in to your account
- Find My Orders
- Hit the Return Items button under Action
- Complete the return form
- Print the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and the prepaid return label sent to your email
- Pack your returnable items, including the RMA form, in a box
- Stick the return label on the outside of the package
- Send the package with the shipping carrier designated on the return label
Azazie provides one prepaid return label per order so that you can ship the item free of charge. That is why you should check all your items and return them together if necessary.
You should contact Azazie customer support if you don't receive your return label within 24 hours of initiating a return request.
