You can return products to Adorama for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. To qualify for a return, products must be:
- In brand new condition
- In the original packaging

How To Return Merchandise to Adorama
The only way to return unwanted products to Adorama is by mail, either by choosing the self-return process or completing a manual return.
Adorama Return Policy—Self-Returns
You can start the self-return process online as a registered or non-registered user. To initiate a return as a registered user, you should:
- Log in to your Adorama account
- Go to your Orders page
- Navigate to the item(s) you wish to send back
- Click on Return Items from the menu on the right
You will be notified whether your return request has been processed. Send the package back using the prepaid return label shipped with your purchase.
If you don’t have an account, you’ll have to create one using the email associated with the order. Once you’ve signed up, you can start the self-return process.
Adorama Return Policy—Manual Returns
For a manual return, you’ll have to:
- Fill out the RM Form with relevant shipping information
- Choose a refund method
- List the items you are returning, including the return reason
- Pack the merchandise in the original packaging along with the Return Form and a copy of the invoice

For international returns, mark the items as VENDOR RETURN to skip duties and customs.
Before shipping, remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box and make sure not to place any shipping labels or stickers on the original packaging. The original manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within an outer shipping box.
Note that merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

Returning Used Equipment to Adorama
If you bought a pre-loved item from Adorama that failed to live up to your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. To do so, you have to:
- Download and fill out the Return Merchandise Form
- Include a copy of the original invoice and the RM Form in the parcel
- Pack any accessories received with your original purchase (in the same condition as when you received them)

Adorama Oversize Return Policy
Oversize Adorama products are subject to the standard return requirements. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you refuse the purchase once delivered to your home, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
If you’re returning an oversize item shipped directly from the manufacturer, you’ll need to return it to their location. To ensure everything is in order, don’t hesitate to contact Adorama and ask for help.
