If you want to return your item in person, here’s how to do it:
- Use the SCHEELS Store Locator tool to find the nearest store
- Bring your item to the store, along with the original tags and receipts
- Visit the customer service counter for further instructions about your return request
To return your SCHEELS product via mail, you need to start the process online. Follow the instructions below to do so:
- Visit the SCHEELS Self Service Return page
- Provide the required information (such as the order number, order email, and billing ZIP code)
- Click on Find My Order
- Choose the item you want to return
- State the reason why you wish to return the item
- Select Return This
Once you finish the above-listed steps, SCHEELS should send a prepaid return label via email.
To return your SCHEELS product via mail, you have to include:
- A copy of the original receipt
- A note explaining your request for the return
- Your contact information, including your phone number and email address
Go to your nearest post office or use USPS/UPS services to ship your unsatisfactory product. Make sure to keep a record of the return tracking number.
