1. Visit the SCHEELS Self Service Return page
2. Provide the required information (such as the order number, order email, and billing ZIP code)
3. Click on Find My Order
4. Choose the item you want to return
5. State the reason why you wish to return the item
6. Select Return This

Once you finish the above-listed steps, SCHEELS should send a prepaid return label via email.
