You can opt for this method only if you bought your item through the Carter’s website. Here are the complete return steps:
- Go to Carter’s online return tool
- Follow the prompts on the website to confirm your return
- Fill out the form printed behind your packing slip
- Enclose this form with your product
- Ship the product to the company’s address
Once your return request is processed, Carter’s will send the refund in the same form in which you made the initial payment. If you use their prepaid return label, your refunded amount will be reduced by $6.
You can return your Carter’s item to any of Carter’s or OshKosh B’gosh locations. You can send back both online and in-store purchases.
Carter’s return policy also allows you to send back any defective products you purchased from the company. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund.
