Aritzia doesn’t allow exchanges for online purchases.
Items bought in Aritzia stores can only be returned or exchanged in the store where they were originally purchased. You have ten days to return the item and receive a refund to the original method of payment. If you don’t complete the return process within ten days, Aritzia will allow you to exchange the item within 21 days of your purchase or give you merchandise credit.
To return the items, you will need to provide a valid receipt. You can return the items as long as they:
- Are in the original state—unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
- Have original tags
The items that aren’t eligible for return or exchange are as follows:
- Final sale items
- Face masks
