If the items you bought were on sale—less than 50% discount—you can return them within 14 days of the shipping date for merchandise credit on an eGift Card. Aritzia doesn’t grant refunds to the original form of payment for discounted items.

Aritzia doesn’t allow exchanges for online purchases.

Items bought in Aritzia stores can only be returned or exchanged in the store where they were originally purchased. You have ten days to return the item and receive a refund to the original method of payment. If you don’t complete the return process within ten days, Aritzia will allow you to exchange the item within 21 days of your purchase or give you merchandise credit.
