What You Need To Know About Francesca’s Return Policy
You are eligible to return or exchange a product bought from Francesca’s within 21 days of the purchase or delivery. For any return/exchange, you need to have:
- The original receipt
- All tags intact
In case you don’t have them, you are eligible for a merchandise credit up to 90 days from the date of the purchase or delivery.
Francesca’s return policy excludes returns for the following items:
- Final Sale purchases
- Intimates
- Gift cards
- Swimwear

If you purchased an item in person or online, you can return/exchange it at any Francesca’s retail location.
For purchases done online, Francesca’s gives a refund to the original payment method. If you are returning an item after 21 days, the company will provide a merchandise credit or replace your item.
For purchases done via PayPal, you can return items to any of the Francesca's stores and receive merchandise credit. Francesca’s does not allow refunds to the original payment method if you ordered the item you want to return through PayPal.
Did you purchase your item through Afterpay? Then you can only request a refund via the company’s online returns portal. After your refund is initiated and processed, Afterpay will receive a notification regarding your return and refund amount.
