General Fidelity Extended Warranty Exclusions

Except for exclusions specific to each plan, there are also some general exceptions. These include:

  • Faulty batteries
  • Failures due to improper towing
  • Damage caused by the use of inadequate fuel
  • Malfunctions due to extreme weather conditions
  • Wear-and-tear parts—brakes, windshields, etc.
  • Mechanical failures caused by improper use or lack of maintenance

How To Claim Fidelity Car Warranty by Yourself

If you have a Fidelity extended warranty plan and you want to file a warranty claim, you can do it:

Claiming Fidelity Auto Warranty in Person

To claim Fidelity extended car warranty in person, you should take your vehicle to the nearest authorized selling dealer and specify the problem you faced. Make sure you have a valid purchase receipt with you while visiting, as the repairs are possible only if you can prove that your car is still under warranty.
