A Guide to Claiming National Auto Care Warranty

National Auto Care is one of the longest operating companies offering car warranties, insurance products, and asset protection products. It has been in business since 1984. Even though National Auto Care offers extensive coverage, users have complained that their warranties have often been rejected. If you are having problems with claiming your warranty, use DoNotPay to help you through the process.

How To Claim a National Auto Care Warranty

National Auto Care doesn’t offer its warranty plans directly and doesn’t allow direct claims of the warranties either. You can only obtain your warranty with the car dealerships or financial institutions you bought it from.

If your vehicle is still under the original manufacturer’s warranty, you should return the vehicle to a manufacturer-authorized repair facility or dealer.

All warranty claims must be approved by the National Auto Care administration before any repairs are done. You will have to tell your service provider to call and ask for approval first. This can complicate the process as National Auto Care’s users have complained that the customer service often doesn’t answer the calls.

If you still want to call National Auto Care’s customer service on your own, the contact number is 1-855-333-9545.
