The HSN Return Policy Made Simple: All You Need To Know

If you aren’t satisfied with an item from HSN, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. HSN will cover the initial cost of handling and shipping. Any requests made outside of this timeframe will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you.
Certain items are non-returnable and are labeled as such on the checkout page.
Once HSN receives and processes your return, they will credit the refund to your original payment method. Consult our table to see when to expect your refund:

Products purchased from September 11 until December 24 (11:59 p.m. EST) can be returned or exchanged until January 31 the following year.
This also applies to products promoted during the Christmas in July Event, which runs from July 1 to July 31 on the HSN website.
Keep in mind that some items are exempt from this policy, such as:
- Custom products
- Food and beverages
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
The company will issue refunds to the original payment methods after deducting the shipping costs.
If you return a gift, you will be refunded in the form of HSN store credit that can be used for in-store or online purchases at HSN.
You can return HSN products with either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). HSN offers two types of return labels:

|Easy Returns||Easy Returns are prepaid and insured labels you can use to send products conveniently and quickly.
The shipping price varies, and it will be deducted from your refund.
If you use this label to send back an item for an exchange, your credit card will be charged according to the item’s weight, as follows:
|Return on Your Own||If your order is not eligible for Easy Returns, you can print the Return on Your Own label.
This option is more expensive because it’s not insured or prepaid. Some direct-order purchases from suppliers only come with this label
You can obtain your shipping label and a packing slip from HSN.com, and here’s how:
- Sign in to your account
- Click on Order Status from your profile’s menu
- Find the order you wish to return
- Click on Return Options to choose your preferred return method
If you want to send your package with the Easy Returns label, follow these steps:
- Identify the return method specified on the Easy Returns side of your packing slip
- If you don’t have a packing slip, contact the customer service at 1-800-284-3900 between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. EST to get one or print it on your own from the website
- Remove the product’s original shipping label and replace it with the new one
- Send the package with either UPS or USPS
To return HSN goods with this label, you need to do the following:
- Fill in the Return Reason form on the bottom of your delivery slip
- Place this form inside the package
- Mail the package using your preferred shipping company
To check the status of your return, go to the Returned Order section under your HSN account’s Order Status page, or you can contact HSN customer service.
