Lumo Refund Policy

The Lumo train line appears to be reasonably flexible with its refund policy. The process for requesting a refund is to indicate the ticket that you wish to refund, details as to why you want it refunded, and a refund method you would prefer – like credit or repayment to a specific bank account.

  1. Anytime tickets can be refunded in full at any time, but cost a £10 admin fee to cancel.
  2. LumoFixed tickets are discounted tickets based on available seats and are non-refundable. However, you may receive an eVoucher for the full amount of a canceled LumoFixed ticket through September 2022.
  3. LumoFixed tickets can only be voucher-refunded 18 hours or more before the travel date.
  4. E-Vouchers used to refund Lumo Fixed tickets are valid for up to 12 months.
