The return policy for refurbished products and bicycles is different from the other products. If you wish to return a refurbished product because you changed your mind about the purchase, you must do so within 14 days of purchase and in the original packaging with an unbroken seal.

In addition to the return policy, returning a bicycle requires you to take the bike back to the store within 14 days of purchase. You can only return your bike through the in-store method, whether used or unused. You must bring the user manual and all the packaging components in addition to the other requirements. Halfords takes up to 30 days to process your refund application and an additional 3-5 days for the bank to process the deposit and make money reflect in your account.
