You can start the self-return process online as a registered or non-registered user. To initiate a return as a registered user, you should:

2. Go to your Orders page
3. Navigate to the item(s) you wish to send back
4. Click on Return Items from the menu on the right

You will be notified whether your return request has been processed. Send the package back using the prepaid return label shipped with your purchase.
