What Is the Club Monaco Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with an item you bought at Club Monaco, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. The same return policy applies for both online and in-store purchases as long as:

  • Merchandise is in new condition
  • Original invoice is included in the return package
  • Items have not been washed or altered

To return a gift, you must show a gift receipt instead of the original invoice.

Are All Items Returnable?

Almost all products purchased from a Club Monaco retail or online store are returnable, except:

  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Grooming products
  • Masks
  • Home items

What if I Want To Exchange a Product at Club Monaco?

The Club Monaco exchange policy is straightforward—you can exchange a product for the same one in a different color or size. If you want to replace an item with a different one, you will have to return the original product and place a new order.

You must send the item you want to replace to Club Monaco within four business days of initiating an exchange request.

Items marked as “final sale” cannot be exchanged. You also cannot replace items that are:

  • Purchased via the Buy Online Pick Up in Store model
  • Bought online via the Ship to Store option
  • Paid for with ApplePay, PayPal, Klarna, or gift cards

What About Refunds?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Once your return package arrives at a Club Monaco distribution center, you will receive your refund within two weeks.

If you use a shipping label provided by Club Monaco, $5 will be deducted from your refund as a shipping fee. You can also choose to use other carriers at your own expense and risk. Club Monaco will only credit you for packages they receive.

Returning an Item In-Store

One of the wonderful things about Club Monaco’s return policy is that it allows you to return items purchased online in store. As long as you have the original receipt and the product matches the eligibility criteria of the standard return policy, you can go to the nearest Club Monaco store and return the item.

You will not be eligible for in-store returns if your order was purchased:

  • Using PayPal or Klarna
  • Via Lyst, Allure, or ShopSpring

Returning Your Order by Mail

You can return online purchases only by mail. To do so, you must visit the Club Monaco returns page and initiate a request like so:

  1. Type in your order ID and billing ZIP code in the form
  2. Follow the instructions on the page and provide additional details if necessary
  3. Print your USPS shipping label
  4. Pack the items with all receipts and labels
  5. Drop it off at your nearest USPS location

You can track your return status around three business days after you mail the package. You can also request an additional shipping label through the website if needed.
