MONAT, short for Modern Nature, opened for business in 2014 and now operates in eight different locations across North America and Europe.

With the increased focus on ingredient sourcing and manufacturing, MONAT has drawn customers in with their claims of being healthier not just for your hair, but your entire body. While that may be true, it doesn't guarantee you'll enjoy the product. If you recently purchased items from MONAT and would like to speak with their , DoNotPay can help you skip the line.

Refund Policy

If you would like to return any items you purchased, you can do so within 30 days for a full refund or within 90 days for a 90% refund. You will need to get a Return Authorization Number from the team by specifying:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you are requesting a full or partial refund

Items being returned should be sent to MONAT Returns, 3450 NW 115th Ave., Miami, FL 33178. You should see your refund within 10 business days of your items being received.

VIP Program Cancellation

If you are enrolled in the VIP program and would like to cancel, you have three options available. They are:

  1. Calling Customer Care
  2. Using Live Chat from your VIP Suite
  3. Emailing Customer Care

VIP customers commit to making three Flexship orders of at least $84, plus a $19.99 enrollment fee added to the first order. Anything under this amount will receive a VIP discount, but will not ship for free. Flexship orders can be rescheduled in 60-day increments if you are not ready for another shipment. If you have been enrolled for fewer than 30 days, you can cancel your VIP enrollment for free if you return the items from your enrollment order.

If you have been enrolled for more than 30 days and have not made both Flexship orders since enrolling, there will be a fee for you to cancel. If you have only placed your enrollment order, you will need to pay $25. If you have already made a Flexship order, the fee drops to $19.

MONAT Market Partners

In addition to their VIP program, MONAT offers customers the opportunity to be Market Partners, selling the products for a portion of the profits. The only purchase required to become a Market Partner is a Starter Kit unless you are a resident of North Dakota. There is a $49.99 fee to renew your Market Partner status every year. If you do not pay the fee within 30 days, you will be suspended for 15 days before your account is terminated. Once your account is terminated, you will have to wait six months to re-enroll.

As a new Market Partner, you are probably most interested in seeing your first paycheck. If you made sales and have not yet received payment, keep in mind that MONAT does have payment thresholds:

  • $200 of personal volume per pay period
  • Commissions and bonuses of at least $25

If you signed up to be a Market Partner but are no longer interested in participating or are not selling as much product as you anticipated, you can return sellable items including Starter Kits for a 90% refund if they were purchased within the last year. If you live in Montana, you can cancel for a full refund within 15 days of enrolling. To cancel your enrollment as a Market Partner before your one-year term is up, you must send written notice to MONAT with your:

  1. Market Partner ID Number
  2. Address
  3. Printed name and signature
