3. Prepare the shipping confirmation email and bring the credit card used for the purchase
4. Find a customer service representative and tell them you want to return your item

You can exchange your product by choosing another one at the store. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

If your item was a gift, you can either exchange it or choose to receive a gift certificate, which will be sent to you by mail.

If you’re not happy with your gift, you can return it by doing the following:

1. Get the invoice you received with your gift
2. Tick the Gift checkbox
3. Select the item you would like to return
4. Specify reasons for your return
5. Write the name and address you want a gift card sent to
6. Create the shipping label
7. Pack the item securely with the completed invoice
8. Affix the shipping label to the package and remove any previous ones
9. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS location

Gap Factory will issue an Options gift card as soon as they receive the item. The amount on the gift card will be equivalent to the value of the gift minus $5.95 for the return fee.
