Getting a Wix Refund on a Company Website

If you want to get a full refund for your Premium plan, you have to cancel it within 14 days from the purchase. Once you do that, you will receive a refund automatically.

Getting a Wix Refund via the Chatbot

If you purchased your plan more than 14 days ago, canceling it won't get you a refund. Wix still offers you an opportunity to contact them and explain why you believe you are eligible for a refund. You can do this by initiating a chat with their chatbot.

Here are the steps to take:

  1. Open the Wix website
  2. Click the Support button in the header
  3. Scroll down until you reach the Show More button and click it
  4. Find the About Wix section
  5. Click Show All
  6. Select Contacting Wix Customer Care
  7. Choose Contacting Wix Customer Care for Support
  8. Click on the Get Started button
  9. Write Refund in the chatbox and click Send
  10. Click Request a refund
  11. Follow the prompts to send a refund request

If the chatbot redirects you to your subscription page and you see that you are not eligible for a refund, go back to the chatbot and answer No when asked if your problem is solved.

Getting a Wix Refund Over the Phone

Another option is to request a callback from Wix and explain why you want a refund.
