With most of Lowe’s products, you will receive a merchandise return slip. Follow the steps below to return (or exchange) the items that have a return slip:

  1. Put the item(s) into a solid shipping package
  2. Add the manufacturer’s original packaging, manuals, and all of the accessories that came with the product
  3. Fill in the return slip and add it to the package
  4. Put the shipping label provided with the return slip on the box
  5. Drop the package at any carrier store, terminal, or dropbox—or give it to your local parcel carrier

Make sure to include only the items that came in with the return slip.

Lowe’s will contact you via email to confirm the receipt and send you details pertaining to the refund.

Shipping errors and damage incurred during shipping and delivery need to be reported to Lowe’s Customer Care no later than three days after the delivery, at 1-800-445-6937, toll-free.

Request a Lowe’s Refund in Person
