How to cancel Patreon Pledge

You can cancel any Patreon Pledge from your computer or smartphone. Note that you will still be responsible for all pending bills if you have any left on your account.

Cancel Patreon Pledge from your web browser

  1. Log into your Patreon account.
  2. Open the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner and select “Manage Memberships”.
  3. In the “Active Memberships” section, find the pledge you want to stop supporting. Click “Edit”.
  4. Click the “Edit or Cancel Payment” button.
  5. Click on “Cancel Your Payment” when a small window pops up.

Cancel Patreon Pledge from the iOS Patreon app

  1. Open the Patreon app and sign in.
  2. Search for the pledge you want to cancel in the search bar.
  3. Click the three dots in the upper right corner.
  4. Click “Edit Pledge”.
  5. Scroll down until you reach the “Edit or Cancel Payment” button. Click on it.
  6. Tap on the “Cancel your Payment” option and confirm your decision.

Cancel Patreon Pledge from the Android Patreon app

  1. Open the Patreon app on your Android device and sign in.
  2. Click on the “Account” button.
  3. Click on your memberships (right below your username).
  4. Tap on the pencil image next to the pledge you want to cancel.
  5. Select “Edit or Cancel Payment”
  6. Tap on “Cancel your Payment” and confirm.

How to cancel your Patreon account

By canceling your Patreon account, you will unsubscribe from all your pledges and lose access to them and all your saved data.

Cancel Patreon from a web browser

  1. Sign in to your Patreon account.
  2. In the “My Profile Settings” tab, select “My User Settings”.
  3. Disable your Google and Facebook accounts if they are linked to your profile.
  4. Scroll down until you reach the “Disable account” button. Click on it.
  5. Enter your Patreon password and confirm your choice.

Cancel Patreon over the phone

  1. Call 714-815-5524 to reach the Patreon customer service.
  2. Ask the agent to cancel your account.
  3. Follow their instructions.
  4. Ask the agent to provide you with an email confirmation.
