Applicants to the Toulouse Graduate School can have the fee waived only if they are a current McNair Scholar. If this is the case, you need to fill out the McNair Scholar Fee Waiver Form and send it to Graduate Admissions. It’s important to note that submitting an application does not necessarily mean the university will approve a waiver.
