According to the U-Pack liability statement, the company is only responsible for damages caused by its negligence. They do not cover damages caused by "improper packing, loading, or unloading nor for damage caused by any 3rd party labor or service providers."
Catastrophic liability insurance is available at no extra charge. It offers up to $7,500 of coverage for a ReloCube and a $60,000 maximum limit for a trailer. It is only applicable in the following situations:
