Public Communications Services (PCS), Inc is the official telephone services vendor to the Michigan Department of Correction facilities. - Collect: local calls are charged 20 cents a minute while interstate calls are 23 cents.
- Prepaid calls: 20 cents for local and intrastate calls and 21 cents for interstate calls.
- Debit: local calls are 18 cents a minute, interstate calls at 21 cents a minute, and international calls are 75 cents a minute.
