How to Cancel Flo Premium
There are several ways to cancel Flo Premium depending on the mobile device or payment methods. You can try one or the other to cancel Flo, miss a beat though and you have to start all over again.
On iOS
- Launch the iOS settings app
- Click on your name
- Select subscriptions. (If you can't see "subscriptions," then tap on "iTunes & App store" instead. Then select your Apple ID, select view Apple ID, sign in, scroll down, and select subscriptions).
- Tap on "Flo: My Health & Period Tracker."
- Choose "Cancel Subscription." If you can't see "Cancel Subscription", then it is already canceled and you won't be charged.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store application on your device.
- In the upper right corner, click on your profile icon.
- Near the middle, tap on "Payments and subscriptions."
- Choose "Flo Health & Period tracker: My Ovulation Calendar" from the list of subscriptions.
- Choose "Cancel subscription" at the bottom.
- You may be prompted to follow additional instructions.
PayPal
- Access your PayPal account.
- Select your profile in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on "Payments" and then select "Pre-approved payments."
- Select "Flo" from the list of merchants, and then click "Cancel."
- You may be prompted to follow additional instructions to complete the cancellation.
All other payment methods
- For every other payment method, you will need to contact Flo's customer service team.
- The best way to reach them is via email at help@flo.health
- Simply explain in your email that you want to cancel your premium membership.
- Be sure to include the email address that is associated with the flow account
How to Delete Your Flo Account
Deleting your account is different from canceling a subscription. By deleting, all your account data will be removed. This may be beneficial given Flo's reputation for sharing personal data. Here is how to get your account deleted
- You will need to send an email to Flo's customer service team.
- You can do this by using Flo's online widget or by addressing an email to help@flo.health
- In your message, clearly indicate that you want your account and all its data to be deleted.
