It's not immediately obvious from their website how you can cancel your . It appears you can do so by:

They do not provide an email, chatbot, or any other way to contact them other than calling on the phone. However, the number appears to at least be specific to the BEYOND+ program (not the general customer service number). They do have a chatbot on the website, but it seems unlikely that it will get you to the right customer service. It's clear that their intent is for you to cancel through the website.
Also, they give no refunds and the cancellation will not go through until your renewal date. In other words, they don't really let you cancel per se, just not renew.

Problems Canceling Bed, Bath & Beyond BEYOND+ Membership

How to Stop a Free Trial of BEYOND+ Without Being Charged
Bed, Bath & Beyond does periodically offer free trials of the program (and while they have got into trouble for signing people up for one through an opt-out at checking, that doesn't mean they won't try it again, especially if you aren't in California. Make sure they don't do this to you!).
