How to Cancel Your QuadPay Order Easily

Zip, formerly known as QuadPay, is a buy now pay later (BNPL) type of financing with a payment plan. Using Zip allows you to make purchases now, at any retailer or company that accepts Visa. However, it is like an installment loan with due dates - you will pay in four installment payments for six weeks. If you were a QuadPay customer and are curious about how Zip cancellations and returns work, compared to before it was acquired by Zip, DoNotPay can help you navigate the process.

Can You Cancel a QuadPay (Zip) Order?

QuadPay was acquired by Zip in September of 2020, and all purchases made after their transitional phase would have been processed by Zip. Zip's cancellation policy, like most, buy now pay later installment payment programs, requires you to cancel or modify orders through the retailer or merchant where you made the purchase. If you successfully cancel the order, or the retailer accepts your return and agrees to issue a refund, you will receive a credit on your Zip account. You should receive a refund within 14 business days, depending on the merchant's refund process.

The funds will be put towards the balance you owe to Zip. Or, if the refund ends up leaving your account with a credit, you can save it for a future purchase. Your other option is to contact the customer experience team to request that the credit be refunded to your bank account.
