Each item you purchase is available to only one price adjustment, generally requested via the original seller from whom you purchased. That means, if you ordered online, you will request your price adjustment online. If you purchased in a brick-and-mortar store, you'll request your price adjustment there.
You only have 14 days from the original purchase date to claim your price adjustment, so don't sleep on the process!
