So if you purchase a product at full price and within 14 days, it goes on sale, you can ask on your purchase. They will refund the difference in the same form of payment. - Find the sale price. This may seem easy, but it could be more difficult than you think. Check their website frequently or join their free Nike membership to get some notification of sales. You need to be diligent!
- Keep the original receipt. This is always a good idea anyway, since Nike honors unworn returns for up to 60 days, but you must have the original receipt available.
- Take the receipt to the store where you purchased it. If you purchased online, contact the customer service department for instructions on how to proceed. It may save time if you just take it to a Nike store near you.
- Sale merchandise or clearance items may not qualify for adjustments, even if the price dips below the price you paid. You can always ask and attempt to get a refund.
