How to Submit Your CPS Rebates

To get your CPS Energy rebate, you must fill out their application form.

To fill out their application, you must provide account holder information (Your info), contractor information, and, of course, your signature. All information needs to be filled out.

You can also fill out an optional payment release authorization. This section only needs to be completed if the rebate payment is going to a third party. For example, the rebate discount must be shown on the customer's invoice if the payment goes to the installing contractor.

You should also provide the following information if necessary:

  • Attach all your receipts/or invoices, including applicable ones, with the required model/serial numbers and matching AHRI certificate for the HVAC rebate.
  • Fill out replaced equipment information. If applying for an early replacement HVAC rebate, you must provide pictures of the replaced equipment.

You can submit the completed application and supporting documents by postal mail or scan them and send them via email. Applications must be received within thirty days of installation.
