How to Reach an Inmate Inside South Dakota State Penitentiary

Inmates at this facility only have access to phones during certain hours of the day. An inmate can only reach you if your phone number is on their list of approved contacts.

Sending Money to an Inmate

Cash and personal checks cannot be sent to any inmate at South Dakota State Penitentiary. Payroll checks, cashier's checks, and money orders can be sent to the prison directly. You can also use this secure website to send money using your debit or credit card.
