  • Applicants must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Section 8 consent forms provided.
  • Agree to all of the FSS (Family Self-Sufficiency) terms.

Waiting Lists

  • Displacement Due to a Presidentially Declared Natural Disaster: (15 points) Sole people or families will only be accepted if they are already living in temporary housing that will soon expire.   • Disabled: (2 points) Extended to head of household or a sole member household who can prove a disability. Some exclusions apply.
  • Elderly: (2 points) Head of household or sole member of the household is over the age of 62.
  • Veteran Preference: (1 point)
  • FYI Voucher Holder: (10 points) Current Foster Youth to Independence Voucher holders.
  • Current Disabled Public Housing Residents: (10 points) Disabled and require a fully designed Handicap Unit.
