How to Contact an Inmate at Hardee Correctional Institution

If you have a loved one held at the Bowling Green prison, you should know that contacting them is encouraged by the facility. Therefore, there are several ways to get and keep in touch.

Visits With Inmates

This facility uses specific forms that must be filled out and approved by the facility before you can visit an inmate. The official form requires you to list:

  6. Your Driver's License Number
  7. Home Address

Completed applications should be mailed as an attachment in an email. Once submitted, it could be up to 30 days before you are approved, and each person who plans to visit should fill out their form.

Kids are welcome to visit in most cases. However, some crimes may prevent the child from being allowed. If you are uncertain, you should contact the facility to ask. If kids are allowed, they must be accompanied by a guardian, parent, or a notarized document permitting them to visit another adult.
