1. Log in to your Alignable account
2. Click on My Business in the upper-right corner
3. Select Account Settings
4. Tap the Deactivate Account button in the upper-right corner
5. Select Email Me Deactivation Instructions
6. Open the email you received
7. Click on the Step One
8. Type in the correct name of your business
9. Enter the information about why you’re canceling
10. Hit Confirm Deactivation
