Once connected to an MGM service representative, you can make a reservation with them and request to pay using your M Life reward points. - Make an Online Reservation: Go directly to the MGM reservations website to make a reservation. Check the calendar for availability and key in your check-in and check-out dates and number of guests. Select the type of room and proceed to check-out. You'll get a price estimate. On payment methods, select M Life to check how much your points can cover. You can top-up if necessary.
- Send an Email: Send a direct email to the MGM facility you wish to claim rewards from. You can find the specific email on the MGM contact list page. Put in a request to claim your M Life rewards and the services you'd like to claim. A customer service representative will get back to you with information on availability and tentative dates.
- Redeem in Person: You can redeem your MGM reward points at any MGM facility at the check-in counter. For room upgrades, a clerk will check for room availability and your eligibility for the upgrade. If you qualify, you'll get an upgrade to the desired room or be required to top-up.
