How to Access a Qantas Lounge

If you're wanting to access a Qantas Lounge, you’ll need to start with eligibility. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member with an eligible credit card or pass. If you don't have an invitation from your own credit card, you'll have to get someone else to invite you.

Once you're eligible, there are a few steps to take:

  1. Print your lounge access confirmation from the relevant email or invitation.
  2. Bring lounge access to the Qantas staff.
  3. Bring your boarding pass and/or your frequent flyer card.

The process is relatively straightforward, as long as you know your eligibility status and have an invitation. However, this may require some digging to figure out where your invitation is coming from and how you can access and print it off. This is especially hard if you're in a hurry to get to or from your flight and need to get into a lounge ASAP.
