Visitation at OSCI requires that friends and family follow stringent guidelines, including:

  1. Inmates must approve those who wish to be added to their visitor list.
  2. All potential visitors must fill out an application for OSCI approval.
  3. The inmate is responsible for sending the application (DOC-21AA Visitor Questionnaire) to prospective visitors.
  4. All visitors younger than 18 years must be in the company of an approved adult unless the minor is the inmate's spouse.
  5. All visitors older than 15 must show proof of identification, which may include:

  • Valid government or tribal I.D.
