  • 8 people - $46,050

4. Project-Based Rental Assistance

For those who are elderly or disabled, Tulsa offers project-based rental assistance at Towne Square and Murdock Villa. You can apply at the Tulsa Housing Authority, located at 415 E. INDEPENDENCE STREET, TULSA, OK 74106, or at a local housing authority building. To apply, you must bring:
