Use DoNotPay to Cancel Skoda

You have a right to cancel your contract with Skoda within fourteen days without giving any specific reason. The withdrawal time is fourteen days beginning from when the contract was concluded. To cancel the contract, you'll be needed to contact Skoda's customer care department by either an email or letter sent by post stating your decision to cancel the contract.

For you to exercise your cancellation right within the cancellation period, you're required to send a notification before the expiration of the cancellation period. You're not allowed to cancel this contract due to inaccuracy, unavailability or lack of support for functions, services, products and interfaces in beta testing.

If you happen to cancel the contract, Skoda must reimburse all the payments they have collected from you, including delivery costs. The reimbursement should happen at least within fourteen days of Skoda receiving your notification of the contract termination. They'll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree to another option. You should not incur any fees or charges relating to this repayment.
