Registration forms can be mailed to your municipal clerk up to 20 days before the election. You can fill out your voter registration form online at MyVote Wisconsin website. Your document must be correctly signed, printed, and mailed to your municipal clerk. You should provide proof of residence documents when registering. You can use any proof of residence form except a residential lease if you register by mail.
