What Information Does Picarto Collect From Me
When you create an account with Picarto, they do collect some information from you per the terms of service:

- DOB is required to create an account
- Bank and payment information required to maintain a subscription

What Happens If Picarto Terms of Service Are Violated
If the terms of service are violated, Picarto will first send a warning via chat when you are streaming. This often happens when a user is not using the appropriate mode when streaming a game or mature content. Both of these types of content must be properly notified in the app before being used. If there is a second attempt to commit the same violation, the account may be suspended for a time period or banned due to negligence and violations of the terms of service.
What To Do If You Were Banned From Picarto
If you have been notified that your account has been banned on Picarto, then you will need to reach out to the Help Center for assistance attempting to get it restored.
- Visit the Help Center and locate the support box.
- You will need to locate the support box and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In that email, make sure you provide the notification you received when your account was banned. Provide any evidence that shows you were not in violation.
- Submit the request and wait 2-3 weeks to hear back. If your account is reinstated, you will be notified at that time.
Keep in mind that per the Terms of Service, Picarto reserves the right to maintain the ban on your account if they believe that you are in violation.
