- You returned something but have not received a refund
- You were unhappy with service in one of the stores
- You were charged twice for one product

Your Shopping Experience
Whether you were happy or unhappy with your Lidl shopping experience, the company would like to know. On its website, Lidl expresses, ". . . we pride ourselves on offering top quality products at the lowest possible prices. We always aim to make your shopping experience better every time you shop."
The access point to reach your remarks is through this portal.
Lidl’s Return and Refund Policy for Grocery Items
If you are unhappy with any food or grocery purchase, you can return the item anytime within its "Best Before" date. For non-dated items, you have up to 30 days to receive a replacement item or a full refund. You must have your receipt. If you are unhappy with a produce item, you may also get it replaced or a refund, even without a receipt.
Lidl’s Return and Refund Policy for Non-food Items
For something like the aforementioned chair set, if you are not happy with your purchase you have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to receive a replacement or a full refund. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase from one of the Lidl stores.
Even after those 12 months, there is a possibility of a return. For this, you must contact the customer service department. However, the company does not provide that telephone number on its website. There is an email address: customer.services@lidl.co.uk
