Can I Delete Negative Reviews on Loox?

Loox does not allow merchants to edit already published reviews. All reviews should be shown as the customers submitted them. However, Loox lets you manage your reviews and gives you the leeway to choose which reviews to publish and which to hide. If an image you find inappropriate or irrelevant is attached to a review, you can also remove it and publish the review without the photo.

Deleting the Reviews Through Email

When a new review is submitted, you will receive a review notification email from Loox. You can directly hide the review or reply to the reviewer directly from your mobile or desktop through this email. When choosing the email address to receive your review notifications, you can choose to auto-publish all 4 and 5-star reviews but manually approve all reviews below 4-stars. This way, you can manage negative reviews appearing on your store's page.

Removing the Reviews Through the Loox Admin

You can also access the specific negative review you want to remove through your Loox admin. Once you are logged in, click on the 'Hide' button to remove the review from your store's page.

Bulk Hiding Reviews

If you want to remove multiple negative reviews at once, you can do so by

Filtering the reviews you want to remove.
Click on 'Bulk actions.'
Select 'hide all reviews' to automatically hide all the filtered reviews.

Removing Photos/Videos From Reviews

Follow the steps below to complete this action:

Access your Loox admin and go to the reviews tab.
Look for the review you wish to hide.
Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of the video or photo you want to remove.
Choose 'Hide photo/video.'

The review should now appear without the attached photo or video.

Should I Remove All My Negative Reviews on Loox?

While it may be tempting to hide all your negative reviews on Loox, you need some bad reviews to appear on your page. You cannot satisfy each customer, and people expect it. So, a few bad reviews will paint your business as a transparent one.
